Offer Negotiation and Placement

Offer Management

Facilitate communication between the client and selected candidates regarding job offers, compensation packages, benefits, and other employment terms.

Negotiation Support

Assist in salary negotiations and address any concerns or questions raised by candidates or clients to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.

Placement Confirmation

Once an offer is accepted, finalize placement details and complete necessary paperwork.

Onboarding and periodic processes

  • Smooth onboarding is essential to making a good starting experience for the selected candidate and the Client. This could require relocation of the newly hired candidate, managing all needed paperwork and proper settling down.
  • The selected candidate is made familiar with Client culture and expectations before reporting onsite. This includes Security protocols expected to be adhered by the Client.
  • Make sure monthly Invoicing cycle is accurate and hassle-free for the Client.
  • Alert the Client at least two to three months in advance for annual review and recontracting process.

Follow-Up and Feedback

Post-Placement Support

Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction with the hiring process and address any concerns or issues that arise.

Feedback Collection

Gather feedback from clients and candidates regarding the recruitment experience, candidate performance, and areas for improvement.

Offboarding

  • Upon successful completion of contract period, we ensure that the offboarding is smooth and Client’s need for Knowledge Transfer is properly conducted.
